Hurley’s have installed two Modutherm boilers at Lopes Hall Student Accomodation, University of Exeter.

Modutherm has supplied its Genesis WM 150 stainless steel condensing boiler, from its range of wall mounted boilers with outputs ranging from 45-150kW, paired with a cascade pipework kit. The WM boiler comes with a 5 year heat exchanger warranty, and a 2 year parts warranty.

The Genesis WM boiler has a high modulation range of up to 10:1, and has compact dimensions.
