Modutherm has provided the heating system for a large residential property in Thorpe Bay, Southend-On-Sea.

Modutherm has supplied its Genesis WM 63 System stainless steel condensing boiler, from its range of wall mounted boilers with outputs ranging from 45-150kW. The WM boiler comes with a 5 year heat exchanger warranty, and a 2 year parts warranty.

The Genesis WM boiler has a high modulation range of up to 10:1, and has compact dimensions.

The boiler was paired with the Nobel pressurisation unit and a Juniper SS 200 litre hot water calorifier.
