Optimal Heating Services Ltd have installed the heating system for a residential property in Shalford, Essex.

Modutherm has supplied its Alira LWDV91 outdoor air source heat pump, from its range of air source heat pumps with outputs ranging from 7.1kW – 150.1kW. The Alira has been paired with the Juniper SS XL 300 litre heat pump calorifier.

The Alira utilises advanced technology to provide sustainable heating and hot water; a natural refrigerant is also used, which allows the Alira to be CO2 neutral.
